Fantastic Stay

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks as I had to have surgery and needed a place to recover and be close to my doctor. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, very clean, functional, elegant and comfortable. During COVID we were very concerned about where to stay, changed our prior hotel to BH Plaza Hotel and very happy we did. Sai and Sam (front desk) were very service oriented, Sai assisted with my reservation and provided room recommendations based on our needs. Sam was most excellent at check in and check out. We had a suite which was similar to a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony and hotel is adjacent to a quiet neighborhood I was able to take walks in while recovering. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard with a pool and plenty of seating. Although I did not take advantage of either, I was able to walk laps around the exterior corridors for fresh air and exercise while recovering. We did have an issue our last night with the safe, maintenance was unable to open for us but Carlito from the front desk figured it out and came through for us. We were very happy with out stay, the suite and the vicinity to Beverly Hills which was just on the other side of the country club. We were in close vicinity to Ralphs and pharmacies (Westwood) for our needs during our stay. This is a beautiful, elegant, old Hollywood glamour type of boutique hotel. During my next trips to my doctor we plan on returning as we had such an great experience.
